Financial Administrator

Pamela Collins has over 20 years experience in non-profit and government management which includes program finance, planning, implementation, and evaluation. pamela2014Currently she serves as a Public Health Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she provides grant oversight for states receiving federal funding. She also is a Designated Supervisor for Banks, Jackson & Middleton Financial Planning, responsible for reviewing licensed financial representatives’ retirement applications. For 13 years, Ms. Collins was the Vice-President of Programs for the American Lung Association – Southeast Region. Under her leadership, she managed a million dollar plus lung health grants, foundations, and contracts. 

Ms. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College and a Masters in Service Administration, with a concentration on Health Services and Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University, in addition Series 6, 26, and 63 Securities License. Pamela enjoys volunteering and serves as the co-chair of the Health Advisory Committee for state Senator Gail Davenport, District 44, Georgia.
